Ingredient: Cooking oil, Onion, Chili, Ginger, Sugar, Lemongrass, Water, Garlic, Salt, Turmeric Powder, MSG, Coriander, Fennel, Cumin, Kafir lime leaf, sodium benzoate (E211)

How to Use the paste?

1. Heat up 150g of nyonya rendang paste and add in 500g – 700g of chicken or seafood. 

2. Add in 120g of Coconut milk. 

3. Stir and blend well with the chicken/seafood until its tender and the liquid has dried up.

Can serve for 4-6 people. net weight is 150gm
